The Hague, November 15, 1911. WITH reference to your despatch No. 47 of the 22nd July respecting the export of opium from India to the Dutch East Indies, I have the honour to transmit to you copy of a note from the Netherlands Minister for Foreign Affairs, stating that in the were bought in India on the account of year 1910 opium to the amount of 1,925 the Opium Régie at Batavi

EN me référant en dernier lieu à ma lettre du 12 août dernier, j'ai l'honneur de porter à la connaissance de votre Excellence que, d'après une communication du Gouvernement des Indes néerlandaises, 1,925 caisses d'opium ont été achetées pour son compte en 1910 aux enchères à Calcutta avec destination pour la fabrique de la Régie de l'Opium à Batavia, à savoir :-
